I have a question about tesas tea mails.

Whenever I try to read my message or click on a PTC, it redirects me to the admins announcements. What should I do?

It will do that till you get through all the announcements. After that you will only see an announcement occasionally when they add a new one. Just answer the questions and once you're through them all it will direct you to the earnings page.

And one more question. The PTC pays very little money (1/40 cent usually) can I earn more on this site? Otherwise reaching the payout looks very hard. If possible I may change my earnings into ads.

The ads usully are fractions of pennies, but you will get a lot of e-mails from them, which is easy to do in the background of your other PTC sites. It is not difficult to make about 10 cents day through them. If you have paypal, they will do auto payouts once monthly if you have 50 cents or more.
I personally do typically use them for advertising as that is very cheap.
Also, the contest PTC is easy to win, the 40th clicker gets 1 cent. I have made 11 cents that way in a few weeks, on top of my regular earnings.
