Referral Program Empty Referral Program

I think it would be nice to implement a referral program...not sure how that works on a forum, but I am sure it would bring more traffic in here....Maybe that could be a contest idea at least??

I am thinking of having a referral contest but this forum doesn't have that feature..so i will have to think of some way to modify contest rules!
