PTC scam sites, updates and reviews

I have been compiling a list of PTC/PTR scam sites from various forums.I also have warnings and reviews that I update regularly.

1. Check whether a particular site is a known scam
2. Either agree or disagree with any site(s) listed
3. Or suggest any other sites that should be included.
